Departure from Ahmedabad

 Departure from Ahmedabad is scheduled from Ahmedabad Junction in Ahmedabad Jammu Tawi Express. It takes almost 28 hours to reach Pathankot station.

Reporting Time: 10:00 AM

Reporting Place : Ahmedabad Railway Station(Kalupur).

 The tickets will be shared on your Dashboard in Website before 2 day of Departure. The contact details of the person & all other necessary information will be shared with you through an SMS/Call before a day of Departure.

 The day will be memorable for you as you will spend the day and night on the same train. You can bring books to read or cards or any other games to pass the time. You can also play dumb charades or Antakshari !!

 We will be providing you food after you reach the campsite in Manali. So please try to bring food for this day or you can order

 Food at the Abu Road Station and Jodhpur Junction is quite good. You can taste Rabdi at the Abu road and eat Pudi Sabji/Veg Biryani at Jodhpur. You can order food online using the IRCTC APP and your PNR no (displayed on your ticket)

Arrival at Pathankot & Depart to Manali

 The morning will be pleasant and picturesque as you will be in Punjab by then. The endless wheat fields and striking cold will make you feel differently energised.

 The train will change the direction at Firozpur Jn and you might reach Pathankot Jn by 3:00 PM if the train is running on time.

Arrival at Pathankot :03:00 PM

Departure for Manali : 07:30 PM

Arrival at Manali : Around 6:00 AM, on next day

 After reaching Pathankot, you will be asked to put your luggage into a tempo traveller and you will get free time to visit the town till 07:30 PM. Your vehicles will leave from the Pathankot Railway Station Parking at sharp 07:30 PM.

 We will travel overnight on the roads towards Manali. The vehicles will take frequent halts during the night for safe and comfortable journey.

Arrival at Manali Campsite

Soundarya Safar`s Manali Campsite is located at old Manali.

Arrival at Manali Campsite :06:00 AM

 You will reach the soundarya safar’s campsite. Trust me, from here you can enjoy the best view of the mountains and cold breeze.

 The campsite is very beautiful as it is located at old Manali, opposite to Vashishtha temple, besides the Beas river and most interesting thing is it is surrounded with mountains. Yes, you will get a chance to stay in the middle of the mountains.

Arriving in Campsite

 The group leader will allot you the tent at the campsite and give you proper instructions about the stay. Once you are allotted a tent, don’t do the following things for better health,

• Don't take bath immediately
• Don't throw plastic anywhere
• Follow the advice as it is important for acclimation of your body

Along with this, you also need to follow some rules while staying in a Campsite

At Manali

 Based on the total number of members, a tent will be allotted. Min three and a maximum of six persons can live together. Members are not allowed to leave the Campsite for any reason. If there is any valid reason, they need to take permission from the trek leader.

• Alcohol drugs and cigarettes are prohibited across the campsite
• Be on time everywhere so you can enjoy the trip without any hassle
• Don't sleep in the daytime, it's harmful to your body
• Avoid eating junk food
• Tent around the Campsite and enjoy some natural places, instead of sleeping inside the tent

 You will go for small acclimatization walk.The road covered with mountains, forests, and rivers. It was almost 2.5 kilometers. After reach your Trek Leader will give you proper instruction about trekking, discipline and all days plan.

Some tips for better Acclimatization

• Start slowly and don't run in excitement
• Drink enough water and stay hydrated
• Stay away from hazardous things
• Avoid day sleeping
• Have a friendly attitude toward everyone and stay positive
• Sleep early in an upright position

 You will reach campsite after acclimatization walk and get free time for freshup.

->  Enjoy breakfast in beautiful campsite.

->  Carry your pack lunch and go for small trek (Jogini Waerfall).

->  You will Visit vashisht temple in evening after jogini waterfall trekking.

->  You will Visit manali mall road (Local Market).

->  Return at campsite take dinner & enjoy campfire(Games,garba,dance).

Ride to Solang Valley

->  Enjoy breakfast in beautiful campsite.

->  Carry your pack lunch and Ride to Solang Valley.

  You will enjoy Snow Activities (Skiing, Sledding, Snow boarding, Snow Angeles, Building a snowman,Snow shoeing, Snowball fighting) which is Excluding & adventure activities (Paragliding).

->  You will Visit manali mall road (Local Market).

->  Return at campsite take dinner.

Instruction for next day Trek.

 The group leader will give all instruction about next day trek.

 Will Explain all the related information with us like when to take lunch, when to get ready, what important things to carry, what extra care should be taken, and whatnot.

Full day for Snow Trekking

Trek Name : Lamadugh

Difficulty : Easy to Moderate

Altitude :10500 ft

Approx Time : 9-10 hr (Depend on Participates)

Note : Trek will decide by Trek Leader.(Depend on weather condition)

->  Wake up in early morning around 06:00 AM

->  Enjoy breakfast & Carry your Bag with your pack lunch.

->  Start Forest Trekking.

  Walk around 1 hour and then enter the forest. Start climbing. You will get snow after 2 hr (Depend on snow condition). You will reach top of the trek around 02:00 PM (Depend on Participates speed). Click some photos,take videos, group photos & start trek for decent. You will reach at campsite around 07:00 PM.

->  Take dinner & go for sleep.

Free Day For Manali Sightseeing & Activities

  This day is kept free for participants to have a spending time at seeing the most amazing attractions of the town.

  Half day for visit manali. There are many options to spend at Manali while wandering through the local market, temples, waterfalls and much more.

  Take a lunch and pack your bags.

  Leave campsite around 01:30 PM. & Departing for Pathankot

  In between you will doing river rafting & paragliding activities (It will not including in package) in kullu.

  Around 07:30 PM drive start for pathankot.

Return Journey Towards Ahmedabad

  You will reach pathankot in early morning around 07:00 AM.

  Start return journy for ahmedabad.
